We ship with trusted delivery partners including PostNL, DHL, UPS, and local carriers, depending on destination and service availability.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
If an item is not currently in stock, please allow 7–12 business days for preparation and dispatch. If you would like to confirm stock availability before ordering, please contact us.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Depending on stock availability and fulfillment location, some orders may be shipped from one of our international partner facilities to ensure faster delivery.
As a result, customs fees, import duties, VAT, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country and shipment route. These charges are not included in your order total and remain the responsibility of the customer where applicable.
NOTE!
While we work with trusted couriers, delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit are outside of our direct control. All shipments are sent with tracking and covered by shipping insurance where applicable.
