Refund policy
At SOURCE MY HAIR, we take pride in offering premium hair products held to strict quality and hygiene standards. As many of our pieces are prepared to order, all sales are considered final once confirmed.
ORDER ERRORS & DAMAGED ITEMS
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are only offered if there has been an error on our part, or if your item arrives damaged.
This may include:

Incorrect item received

Incorrect length, texture, or product sent

Damaged item upon arrival
If this applies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can assist you promptly.
RETURN CONDITIONS
If your return request is approved, a return label will be provided. The label must be used within 5 days of issue. If the label is not used within this time, a new return shipment must be arranged at the customer’s expense.
Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging, including all boxes, tags, inserts, and accessories provided with the order.
Partially damaged, incomplete, or used returns will not be eligible for a refund and may be sent back to the customer at their expense. Items returned without prior return approval will not be accepted.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
If an item is not currently in stock, please allow 7–12 business days for preparation and dispatch. If you would like to confirm stock availability before ordering, please contact us.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Depending on stock availability and fulfillment location, some orders may be shipped from one of our international partner facilities to ensure faster delivery.
As a result, customs fees, import duties, VAT, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country and shipment route. These charges are not included in your order total and remain the responsibility of the customer where applicable.
